Introducing Our Energy Rating Systems
Vantage is committed to ensuring the most energy efficient result with its windows and doors, which have a big impact on the interior comfort level of homes.
Retaining warmth in winter reduces power bills and increases well being. Vantage uses WEERS - Window Energy Efficiency Rating System, to guide your choices.

WEERS - Window Energy Efficiency Rating System
This system allocates between one and six stars to a job lot of windows and doors, so is more descriptive than the Energy Star programme. The WEERS system has been adopted by WANZ (the Window Association of New Zealand) and uses its own star logo. The more stars, the better the thermal efficiency.
Three stars is the threshold for achieving the blue Energy Star mark, meaning a window system that has an excellent level of thermal efficiency (R.0.32). Between three and six stars (half stars also available) are possible with Vantage’s ThermalHEART® window systems in Residential or Metro Series, when combined with high performance double-glazing.
Consumers can request the energy rating for their job lot of windows and doors on their window quotation or in a separate report.
